Iconpackager 3.1 and .Txt documents.

Don't always skin the first time

Got the latest iconpackager 3.1 enhanced and i have noticed that quite often that when i load an iconpackage the txt documents icon doesn't change, so i have to open up iconpackager again and select which iconpackage i want click the load button and then click apply and the 2nd time the text document icon changes to the one in the iconpackage. This happens with quite a few packages, Apogee, Geyorkias and FauxS-XP are a few that come to mind. Has anybody else noticed this. I know it's quite trivial but i thought i would mention it.
